Our appointments system is improving to suit demand.
Due to patient feedback we are improving access.
The new on the day triage system will improve:
- appointments
- patient access
- communication
- patient care
70% of appointments will be available on the day.
30% of appointments will be pre-bookable.
We will continue to offer early, late and Saturday extended-hour appointments. These will remain pre-bookable.

We are currently working through our patient groups regarding the H1N1 Vaccination (Swine Flu). If you have not received a letter by the end of January and would like further information, please contact us on 01494 521 044.
