If you are on regular medication your doctor may issue a repeat prescription slip.

To obtain further supplies, please send this slip to the surgery, ticking the items you require. You may then collect the next prescription without having to see the doctor. Please allow 2 working days.

Alternatively, the prescription can be collected by a local chemist if you mark the slip appropriately. The medication will then be available directly from the chemist.

Sometimes the doctor will want to review your medication before issuing further supplies and you will be asked to make an appointment.

We do not accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.
