Welcome to our practice website

We are very pleased to offer online consultations through the Ask NHS app or browser for your convenience 24 / 7, for anyone aged over 16 years.

You can access self- care help, symptoms checker and online consultation with total triage, as an easier alternative to contacting us by phone.

We encourage you to try this for your healthcare needs to enable you to take control of your health with confidence.
Out of Hours and Emergencies

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life threatening emergency, please dial 999

About our Surgery

Our Values

Everyone in our team is committed to the care of our patients.

We will always do our best to provide our patients with the care they need. If we cannot provide that care we will refer to where the care is available and if that care is at a hospital we will offer choice of where the patient wants to go.

It is our desire to be the best practice in the area and we are always looking at ways we can improve our service. We aim to be courteous, caring and respectful: We ask that our patients offer us the same.

We welcome any feedback or suggestions.

Online Services

Online services allow you to:

  • book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional
  • order repeat prescriptions
  • see parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations and test results
  • see communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals
